Acute Care Hospitals will be subject to updates to the Solventum All Patient Refined DRG (Solventum APR DRG) Software reimbursement methodology effective July 1, 2025. This update will result in changes to base rates, percentage add-on, weights, and policy adjusters. This change will not affect Idaho Critical Access hospitals, and Idaho State-owned hospitals.
