Prior Authorization for Physician Administered Drugs (PAD) is transitioning from the Idaho Medicaid Pharmacy Program to Telligen. Beginning May 4, 2026, all prior authorization requests for PAD must be submitted to Telligen through the Qualitrac online provider portal.
