Telligen now has a new automated phone system for checking your review status! When you call into our Toll-free Phone at (866) 538-9510 simply press the keys announced during the call to start checking your review status. Key pieces of information you’ll need before calling in is the case ID number and date of birth of the patient. These will be necessary to identify which review status you’d like to check and can check multiple reviews. Any questions regarding this process may be sent to IDMedicaidsupport@telligen.com.
