Telligen is now doing the prior authorization reviews for home health services for Idaho Medicaid Participants.  Starting on September 1^st, 2025, home health providers will be required to submit the prior authorization requests directly to Telligen.

Services Included:

• Skilled Nursing
• Home Health Aide Services
• Home Therapy Services (PT, OT, ST)

Note: This change does not apply to Private Duty Nursing services.

Provider Education Sessions

Telligen will host two Teams sessions to support providers in this transition. Attendance is highly recommended. If you’re unable to attend live, recordings will be available on our website following the sessions.
